Man & Woman Arrested on Franklin Drive During Search Warrant

On May 9, 2024, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents conducted a search warrant at 418 S. Franklin Drive Sanford, NC.

Agents located Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Psilocybin mushrooms, Dextroamphetamine, Suboxone, and Marijuana inside of the residence.  

Robert Aaron Bryant (50) was charged with Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sale and Deliver Schedule I Controlled Substance, 3 counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sale and Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, 1 count of Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sale and Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance, Sell Schedule II Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Dwelling for the Sale of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bryant was taken before the Lee County Magistrate and issued a $25,000 secure bond. 

Ashley Deana Spivey (38) was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana up to ½ ounce, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was taken before the Lee County Magistrate who issued a $10,000 unsecured bond.
