Sanford Man Arrested For Drugs

On June 5, 2023 Lee County Sheriff’s Office narcotics agents executed a search warrant at 914 Washington Ave. Sanford, NC. During the course of the search, agents located 13 dosage units of crack cocaine. 

James Adam Allred (39) of 914 Washington Ave. was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Sale and Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Dwelling for the sale of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Allred was taken before the Lee County Magistrate and issued a $20,000 secure bond.
