Poplar Springs Church Rd Woman Arrested For Assault with a Deadly Weapon

On Tuesday, Aug 24th, 2021 @ 3:35 PM Lee County Sheriff Office responded to 1634 Poplar Springs Ch. Rd. Sanford in reference to a gunshot victim. Upon arrival deputies found Michael Sheron Clack (36) of that address suffering from a superficial gunshot wound to his leg. Clack reported he was shot by his estranged wife during a confrontation w/ her current boyfriend. Clack was treated on scene and refused any further medical attention.

Courtney Lorine Clack (31) of 1634 Poplar Springs Church Rd. Sanford was arrested at 84 Bay Tree Ln. Sanford (Harnett County) and charged with assault w a deadly weapon w/ intent to kill and was held under no bond.
