Twenty Year Old Man Arrested for B/E in Carolina Trace

 

Brian Izael Cruz (20) of 8704 Peach Tree Dr. Sanford NC was arrested and charged with breaking and entering to terrorize, he was held under $5,000 secured bond.

Cruz is charged with entering an unlocked home in Carolina Trace on July 4th, 2021 around 4:30 AM. 

The victim in this case, an 83-year-old woman, reported she was awoken to a man standing over her bed. She reported when she screamed he ran out of her house. The victim called 911. Cruz was found in the area by deputies and was identified by the victim.
