During a search of the residence, deputies located 13 dosage units of Dextroamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance, as well as a digital scale. A further search of the home resulted in the discovery of three firearms, which Duty was prohibited from possessing due to the terms and conditions of his probation.
Duty was arrested and charged with Possess with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Duty was also served with an order for his arrest for misdemeanor probation violation. Duty was brought before the Lee County Magistrate, who issued a $30,000 Secured Bond.
