Nineteen Year Old Arrested During Traffic Stop With Drugs

On Monday, March 14th 2022, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Bryan Alexander Velasquez-Perez (19) for failure to maintain lane control. During the course of the traffic stop, agents located Velasquez-Perez in possession of approximately 5 grams of cocaine and 16 grams of marijuana, as well as items of drug paraphernalia. Velasquez-Perez was arrested and charged with Possess with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Possess with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Maintaining a Vehicle for Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia,. Velasquez-Perez was issued a $10,000 Secured Bond.
