Man Arrested For Kidnapping, Assault & Rape

8/26/2021 Victor Manuel Aguirre Mariano (36) (homeless) was arrested for 1st degree kidnapping, 2nd degree forcible rape, assault by strangulation, assault on a female and simple assault. These charges stem from a domestic violence investigation which was initiated on 8/25/2021. Mariano was held under no bond.
