Lee County Man Arrested on Job Site For Drugs & Other Charges

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 2:00 pm, Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Donald Lloyd Mansell age 42, of 6831 Old Jefferson Davis Hwy. Sanford.  Mansell was taken into custody while on a job site off NC Highway 87 and transported to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for processing.  Mansell was charged with two counts of Felony Possession of Heroin.  Mansell also had outstanding warrants for Possession of a firearm by a Felon, Possession of Heroin, Breaking or Entering a motor vehicle and Misdemeanor Larceny.  Mansell is jailed under a $55,000.00 secured bond.
