Anthony (Tony) Leon Patterson (51) of 264 Mt. Pisgah Ch Rd., Broadway NC was arrested for 3 counts of violating a domestic protective order, stalking while a court order is in place, breaking and entering to terrorize, injury to utility lines, injury to personal property, injury to real property and assault on a female; he was held under no bond.
