Tinted Window Violation Leads to Drug Arrest

On Monday May 2, 2022, Lee County Sheriff’s Office placed Brian Edwin Elkins into custody during a traffic stop. Mr. Elkins was found in possession of a Methamphetamine. 

Elkins was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Elkins was brought before the magistrate, who issued a $5,000 Secured Bond.
