Carthage Man Arrested for Burglary


11/5/2021       Kenneth Jamaal Ray (38) of 128 Barbers Park, Carthage NC was arrested and charged with conspiring to commit burglary, felony larceny and safe cracking to Five Star Entertainment located at 3111 Hawkins Ave on 10/18/2021. He was held under $10,000 secured bond.
